HIGH SILICA CONTENT
Whilst the youth of today may not be overly concerned with the health benefits of Silica, we are proud that our water, thanks to the natural rock filtration process, boasts one of the highest levels (93.4mg/l) of colloidal silica present in any natural artesian water throughout the world.
Health benefits potentially attributed to silica include:
- Reduced thickening of artery walls - a major predisposition for heart disease.
- Stimulation of cell metabolism and cell formation, in turn improving the structure and function of connective tissue and collagen. The outcome of this positive health effect may extend to limiting cancer and heart disease progression.
- Silica has also been shown to stimulate the immune system.
SUPER SOFT
Our water is one of the softest, naturally occurring waters in the world. With a hardness rating of just 13, it is in the category of a super-soft water (the lower the rating, the softer the water).
